The Team Manager, Sports & Entertainment at Weedmaps serves as the primary relationship owner and operational lead for the company's roster of contracted athletes, artists, and influencers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sports & Entertainment, this role is pivotal in managing talent partnerships that drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and strategic growth. The Team Manager ensures seamless execution of cross-platform brand promotions and appearance strategies, acting as the central point of contact for talent partners and internal stakeholders to maximize campaign impact and return on investment.

Key responsibilities include overseeing contract execution, deliverables, payments, and live event coordination. The Team Manager will track and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations such as social media posts, appearances, content integrations, and brand commitments. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and managing on-site execution for live events, activations, appearances, and partnership opportunities, while maintaining strong professional relationships with agents, managers, and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, along with 4–7 years of experience in talent management, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership management. Demonstrated experience managing contracts, deliverables, and high-profile client relationships is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, as well as the ability and willingness to travel for events and talent appearances as needed.
