Tech Lead Fullstack Engineer | CXTech
Wellhub is seeking a Tech Lead Fullstack Engineer to join our Darwin | CXTech team in Brazil. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere within the country. The Darwin team is integral to our operations, developing and maintaining the internal back-office ecosystem that enables our operations teams to scale efficiently. As the Tech Lead Manager, you will provide both technical leadership and people management, ensuring our internal tools are robust, performant, and user-friendly.
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and evolution of Darwin, our mission-critical internal platform. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of backend and frontend developers, building high-scale tools that power our self-service ecosystem and internal workflows. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting platform issues, automating manual operational tasks, and overseeing backend services that support AI chatbots and user-facing self-service tools.
The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Tech Lead, with at least two years in a leadership or management capacity. You should possess in-depth knowledge of React and extensive experience building type-safe applications with TypeScript. A strong background in architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications with a focus on high availability, scalability, and performance is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation are also required.
