The Technical Account Manager I at Huntress serves as the primary technical liaison post-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value of the Huntress cybersecurity platform. This role involves providing high-quality technical support and fostering long-term relationships with customers and partners. Huntress is a fully remote, global team dedicated to making enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes.

Key responsibilities include escalating and resolving complex technical issues beyond standard support, monitoring support interactions, and acting as an internal advocate for customers. The role also involves ensuring effective utilization of Huntress products to achieve business objectives, providing post-sales training, and identifying opportunities for additional products and expansion through technically led quarterly business reviews. Additionally, the Technical Account Manager will participate in events to lead training sessions on product usage and best practices, advocate for customer needs within the organization, and work with customers during the onboarding phase to establish positive relationships and accelerate time to value.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or similar roles, with experience or interest in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to present to various external audiences, including executive-level leadership. Effective time management and organizational skills are also required. Preferred experience includes knowledge of malware, threat intelligence, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, programming or scripting languages, and familiarity with MSP tools like RMMs and PSAs, as well as SIEM tools like Elastic and Splunk.
