Technical Account Manager - Japanese speaker
Lighthouse is seeking a Technical Account Manager who is fluent in Japanese to join their Commercial team in Japan. This senior role involves managing a portfolio of complex and high-value accounts, working closely with Account Executives to drive adoption, retention, and growth. The position combines deep product and integration knowledge with commercial acumen to deliver measurable business value to clients.
In this role, you will own the technical relationship across your assigned accounts, partnering with Account Executives on account strategy, retention, expansion, and renewal planning. You will proactively identify adoption gaps, technical risks, expansion opportunities, and churn signals, providing insights to support renewals and commercial conversations. Additionally, you will lead or contribute to quarterly business reviews, adoption reviews, renewal preparations, and executive customer engagements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lighthouse products, integrations, data, and AI capabilities. Proficiency in Japanese is essential for effective communication with clients. Experience with business intelligence data structures, market codes, and common data-quality issues is beneficial. A solid grasp of APIs, data flows, and integration points, along with the ability to diagnose and explain complex scenarios, is also important.
