is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our international team in Bogotá, Colombia. This role focuses on driving the technical onboarding process for new partners and managing key international partnerships to ensure optimal utilization of services and tools. The TAM will work closely with various departments and partners to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include providing ongoing product support and training to partners through webinars and on-site visits, gathering and advocating for partner feedback to improve products and processes, representing at trade shows and events, and creating training materials such as presentations, technical guides, and videos. The TAM will also conduct tests for new features in collaboration with Product Managers and Quality Engineers and drive the adoption of tools that impact partners' business operations.

Candidates should possess a BA or BS degree, preferably in Engineering, Math, or sciences, and demonstrate proficiency in English for clear, professional communication with vendors and internal teams. Additional language skills are advantageous. The role requires a self-starter capable of operating independently, with up-to-date knowledge of consumer, cloud, and IoT technology. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines are essential. The position involves up to 65% travel within the LATAM region and requires working from the Bogotá office at least three days per week when not traveling. Experience with intrusion detection systems, access control, home automation, or video over IP is a plus.
