Technical Consulting Manager

Anaqua, a leading provider of integrated intellectual property (IP) management technology solutions and services, is seeking a Technical Consulting Manager to lead a team of Technical Consultants across France and the UK. This role combines technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on data migration, AI integration, and system integration to enhance Anaqua's AQX platform.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a 3–6-month strategic plan for the team, balancing personnel priorities, project delivery, business requirements, and evolving technologies. The manager will oversee data migration and ETL activities, including data analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and resolution of complex migration issues. Additionally, the role involves driving the adoption and practical application of AI within Technical Consulting to improve productivity and client enablement.

Candidates should have proven people management and technical leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Practical experience using AI tools to enhance technical consulting and team productivity is essential. A strong technical background with C# and advanced SQL skills, and significant experience in data migration, ETL, and data transformation are required.
