Formlabs is seeking a Technical Customer Service Agent to join their Global Services team in Milwaukee, WI. This role serves as the primary gateway for customers, providing unparalleled support and education to ensure a positive and impactful experience with Formlabs products. The Technical Customer Service Agent will handle customer cases through multiple channels, including email and phone conversations, responding within published Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities include logging all contacts, providing technical support and diagnosis, dispatching replacement parts and software, and collaborating with peers to relay customer feedback on software and hardware. Additionally, the agent will learn and utilize Formlabs products to assist customers effectively.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service, education, or hardware support, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal empathetic communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include technical retail experience, experience in dental or additive manufacturing fields, a STEM degree, and fluency in Spanish or French.
