The Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) at EvolutionIQ plays a pivotal role in delivering client solutions to Fortune 1000 insurance carriers. This position involves overseeing the deployment and change management of operational products, ensuring their successful implementation. The TEM will manage project timelines, provide regular status updates, and offer daily operational leadership within the delivery team. This role requires a blend of business systems analysis and project management skills to enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality technical and business services to a select group of clients, supporting Senior TEMs on top-tier accounts as needed, and ensuring progress toward client renewal or expansion. The TEM will manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring that EvolutionIQ solutions meet customer requirements and are delivered on time. Participation in internal and customer-facing meetings, demonstrations, and presentations is essential, as is advocating for the client by providing an external perspective. Additional duties involve supporting business and operational development initiatives, understanding insurance claims data, providing weekly status updates, escalating project risks, and documenting client business rules and processes to ensure proper platform configuration.

Candidates should have over three years of experience in account and project management, with a proven track record of delivering solutions that meet external client deadlines. The ability to balance client needs with budget and capacity is crucial. Effective communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams are required, along with proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel and other analytical tools. A background in working with data as an analyst, consultant, or in a client management capacity is preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and motivator who holds themselves to high standards and inspires others to do the same. They should be capable of handling the challenges of early startup life, enthusiastic about teamwork, and possess qualities such as kindness, empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to providing high-level service. Attention to detail, organization, and a process-driven approach are also important.

The compensation package includes a base salary range of $140,000 to $175,000, with flexibility depending on the candidate's background and experience. An annual bonus plan and company equity plan (RSUs) are also part of the package. Benefits encompass medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, and 401(k) matching. Additional family, wellness, and pet benefits are provided.
