TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will be responsible for taking brand-new clients and providing them with a best-in-class onboarding experience that sets them up for success and yielding high user adoption. This role combines project management, technical configuration, and customer enablement to drive successful adoption and long-term value. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude, experience working with SaaS platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
