Technical Program Manager (Video Streaming)
is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery and customer experience of its video services. This role is part of the Product & Program Management team and focuses on real-time video delivery, cloud infrastructure modernization, video pipeline architecture, and firmware update operations for the camera ecosystem. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with embedded firmware engineers, cloud platform teams, and product managers to enhance the reliability and performance of video infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end execution of video streaming and infrastructure programs, owning the streaming technology roadmap, coordinating cloud infrastructure migration programs, monitoring firmware update systems for cameras, and tracking system health metrics. The role also involves coordinating across multiple engineering teams, establishing program health metrics, and translating technical infrastructure investments into business outcomes.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, or a senior technical role focused on infrastructure or media products. A deep understanding of video and media technologies, including streaming protocols and video/audio codecs, is essential. Experience with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, CI/CD, microservices architecture, and load balancing is also required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively present to engineering leadership and translate complex infrastructure concepts into understandable language.
