Technical Recruiter

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and close top-tier talent as we scale Counsel Health’s recruiting engine. In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle hiring across technical EPD roles (Engineering, Product, Design) and AI Research. You will be a key contributor to our technical hiring strategy, helping us refine how we attract and evaluate talent in a competitive landscape.

You’ll blend high-velocity execution with strategic thinking: supporting the design of scalable processes, building robust pipelines, and crafting narratives that attract the best talent from healthcare, AI, and high-growth startups.

You’ll thrive here if you’re passionate about the intersection of technology and healthcare and eager to help shape the culture of a mission-driven, AI-native organization. This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based near our hubs in NYC or Boston.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Full-Cycle Execution: Lead recruiting across technical EPD roles and AI Research, driving an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to close.

- Strategic Partnership: Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers to define technical requirements, craft compelling role descriptions, and refine Counsel’s talent bar.

- Process Optimization: Contribute to the build-out of recruiting processes, metrics, and our Ashby ATS workflows to improve speed, quality, and data integrity.

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract "top 1%" talent from the AI and HealthTech ecosystems.

- Market Intelligence: Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights on technical compensation and talent trends to ensure we remain competitive.

- DEI Advocacy: Embed inclusive hiring practices and champion diversity, equity, and representation as core pillars of Counsel’s growth.
