Technical Recruiter (Defense Tech)
Red Cell Partners is seeking a Technical Recruiter specializing in Defense Technology to join their team. This role is integral to the company's mission of building and scaling technology-driven businesses in healthcare, cybersecurity, and national security sectors. The recruiter will focus on sourcing and hiring top technical talent for specialized roles within these domains.
The primary responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions such as Software Engineers, AI/ML specialists, Data Scientists, and Operations Research Scientists. This involves collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations. Additionally, the recruiter will support the development and refinement of onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth startups or fast-paced technology environments. A proven track record in managing the entire talent acquisition process, from initial intake to complex offer negotiations, is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are crucial. Experience recruiting for roles requiring security clearances and familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse are advantageous.
The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
