What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering organization at Horizon3.ai This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and close top technical talent.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across key roles (Engineering, Product, and Design) with a strong focus on building high-quality, diverse pipelines in a competitive market.
