Technical Sourcing Manager

The Technical Sourcing Manager at Graphcore is responsible for sourcing PCBA components, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers; negotiating commercial agreements and pricing; managing supplier relationships; driving cost optimization initiatives; monitoring supplier performance; and identifying and mitigating supply chain risks. The role also involves working with quality teams to resolve supplier quality issues and analyzing market trends to inform sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience in the high-tech sector, a deep understanding of material planning cycles, and a proven track record in managing EE component suppliers and OEM/ODM partnerships. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to facilitate effective coordination with local suppliers and regional partners.
