The Technical Training Manager at WPP Media will lead the development and execution of strategic learning and development plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to design and develop technical training programs, courses, and materials tailored to various technical roles within the organization. The manager will create engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations, utilizing a variety of tools and technologies. Additionally, they will facilitate technical training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience for participants. The role also includes establishing mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and making data-driven improvements. Staying updated on learning technology trends and leveraging tools and platforms to enhance the delivery and tracking of learning initiatives is essential. Overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that technical training content is organized, accessible, and up-to-date is also a key responsibility. The manager will partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and department managers, to identify technical skill gaps and customize training solutions accordingly. Candidates should have 4–6+ years of experience in digital campaign operations or media buying management services. Hands-on expertise with GA4, Analytics 360, Google Studio, IAS/Double Verify, and ad trafficking tools is required. A strong understanding of campaign metrics such as delivery, pacing, CTR, viewability, and IVT is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are necessary. Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs is required. A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is important. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is needed. Analytical skills to interpret and present information that drives decision-making are crucial. Experience in Power BI, Azure, or Tableau would be an additional advantage. The ability to create high-quality processes and lead the team to adhere to those standards is also important.
