Alice & Bob is seeking a Laboratory Technician specializing in backend processes to join our Quantum Hardware department in Aubervilliers. As a key member of the nanofabrication backend team, you will play a pivotal role in the fabrication of our quantum processors, contributing directly to the advancement of quantum computing technology.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include conducting room-temperature electrical testing on wafers and chips, performing dicing and cleaning procedures, conducting optical inspections, and executing wirebonding of chips into sample holders. Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling sample holders and conducting failure analyses to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bac+2/3 degree in a relevant field such as Electronics, Physical Measurements, or Microelectronics, coupled with a minimum of five years of experience as a laboratory or operations technician in an industrial or R&D environment. Experience in semiconductor or electronic environments, particularly in backend processes like wirebonding, dicing, or electrical testing, is highly desirable. Key competencies include strict adherence to procedures, autonomy, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Intermediate proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with team members and suppliers.
