Territory Sales Manager
As a Territory Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Hamburg region. Wolt, a technology company founded in 2014, specializes in delivering a wide range of products, from restaurant food to everyday essentials, across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify and establish partnerships with local restaurants, driving sales to meet our objectives. You will manage your own pipeline, build relationships with key decision-makers, and present Wolt's services to restaurant managers and owners. The position requires a willingness to travel up to 300 kilometers per day, including overnight stays, to effectively develop and shape the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of sales experience or demonstrable sales talent, including experience managing the full sales cycle. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, goal orientation, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential. A completed degree or equivalent qualification through training and work experience is required. Fluency in both German and English is necessary to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
