Threat and Analytics Lead

In this role, the Threat & Analytics Lead collaborates with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science teams to analyze large, complex datasets. The primary responsibilities include identifying patterns and trends related to fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk management. The insights derived inform strategic decisions and help strengthen existing controls against financial crime.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools. Experience in applying statistical techniques to large datasets to identify patterns and assess risk is essential. The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Experience in analyzing fraud or financial crime data within the payments, fintech, or financial services industries is advantageous.
The base salary for this position ranges from €4,730 to €7,100 gross per month, which includes the 13th and 14th salary.
