Key responsibilities include identifying relative value opportunities between convertible bonds, underlying equities, and credit derivatives. The analyst will execute trades in convertible securities and related instruments, manage existing positions by assessing valuation and market sentiment, and conduct in-depth quantitative analysis on the convertible bond universe. Additionally, the role involves building front-office tools for data analysis, coordinating with risk teams to adhere to predefined risk limits, and maintaining strong relationships with market participants to enhance trade execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, with an advanced degree or CFA preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in convertible bond trading, coupled with strong quantitative and programming skills, is required. Proficiency in modeling convertible securities, familiarity with risk management systems and trading platforms, and strong analytical skills are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
