The Training & HR Specialist at KnowBe4 in Tokyo is responsible for facilitating apprenticeship training initiatives for all sales, customer success, and revenue-generating teams. They also facilitate comprehensive sales development initiatives, conduct skills-based assessments, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of proven work experience in sales, sales management, or quality control in a sales-related role. Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Japanese, excellent time management, and organizational skills are essential. The candidate should also possess strong statistical analysis skills and the ability to develop plans and drills to assist employees.
