Training Specialist

Keller Postman, a national law firm specializing in complex litigation, is seeking a Training Specialist to join their team in Lake Mary, Florida. This role is integral to enhancing employee performance through effective training programs that align with the firm's core values. The Training Specialist will collaborate closely with the Training & QA Manager to assess training needs and develop comprehensive learning materials.

In this position, the Training Specialist will design and deliver onboarding and professional development programs aimed at improving workplace performance. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating instructional content, facilitating both live and digital training sessions, and managing learning management systems. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness and making continuous improvements to training materials.

Candidates should have at least two years of corporate learning experience, with a proven ability to design and facilitate training in various formats. Proficiency in instructional design methods, adult learning principles, and the use of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools is essential. Strong presentation, writing, communication, and project management skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and leaders.

The position offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $72,000 to $82,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include eligibility for a year-end discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
