Treasury Manager

Metabit Technology LLC is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead and develop its treasury function in Hong Kong. The company specializes in integrating advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive investment decisions and strategy development, focusing on delivering sustainable returns for investors.

The Treasury Manager will oversee equity financing economics with prime brokers, structure and execute financing transactions to optimize balance sheet and funding costs, and evaluate financing arrangements across counterparties. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with prime brokers, FCMs, clearing banks, and custodians, negotiating rates and terms, monitoring counterparty credit exposure, and serving as the firm's primary interface on capital and financing matters.

Candidates should have 10–15 years of experience in treasury, portfolio financing, or prime brokerage at a proprietary trading firm, market maker, quantitative hedge fund, or investment bank prime services desk. Deep knowledge of equity financing and futures margin mechanics is essential, along with strong commercial instincts and fluency in both English and Mandarin.
