Trial Attorney
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. As a key member of our firm, you will play a pivotal role in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, throughout the St. Louis metro area and surrounding regions in Missouri and Illinois. Our firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals, and we are looking for a passionate attorney to contribute to our mission.
In this role, you will manage a substantial caseload encompassing both pre-litigation and litigation phases. Your responsibilities will include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. You will guide clients through the legal process, interact with expert witnesses to develop reports and affidavits, and prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Missouri State Bar; admission to the Illinois Bar is a plus. A minimum of three years of experience in personal injury or premises liability law is required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of cases, exhibit excellent client service and communication skills, and possess superior writing and oral advocacy abilities. A self-starter attitude driven by long-term career goals is essential.
