As a Trial Attorney, you will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial preparation and trials. Your responsibilities will encompass drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. You will guide clients through the case process and interact with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits. Additionally, you will attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Arkansas. You should have the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases, excellent client service and communication skills, and be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
