Trust and Safety Associate - Full time

Wolt is seeking a Trust and Safety Associate to join our Operations Team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will handle escalations from couriers, investigate unusual incidents, and ensure high-quality service throughout the escalation process. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards and satisfaction among our courier partners and optimizing workflow between all parties.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring courier partners meet our performance standards, acting as an escalation point for queries or issues, supporting the Operations Team with off-boarding and courier agreement terminations, collaborating with our Support team to maintain high service levels, and interacting with third parties regarding couriers' performance.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a customer service representative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team. You should be naturally inclined to help and listen to people, lead by example, and confidently handle challenging situations. A fast learner with attention to detail, you should be proactive in planning and constantly seek ways to improve processes. Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
