Trusts & Estates Associate (Mid-Level)

Ice Miller LLP, a full-service law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Trusts & Estates Associate to join their Business Group in the Naples, Florida office. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, handling complex estate planning and administration matters for a diverse clientele.

The Trusts & Estates Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, advising clients on tax implications, and assisting with the administration of trusts and estates. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, preparing correspondence, and representing clients in meetings and negotiations.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Florida. A minimum of three years of experience in trusts and estates law is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
