Utilities Specialist

The Utilities Specialist will be responsible for recording activities in operations software, partnering with utility companies to manage accounts, supporting landlord agreements, addressing resident inquiries regarding utility charges, and coordinating with third-party vendors for maintenance. Additionally, the role involves initiating bulk utility transactions and completing projects related to government programs.

Candidates should have 3–4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications is required. The role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and build strong relationships with team members across multiple locations.
