Vendor Management Internship
N26 Bank is seeking a Vendor Management Intern to join their Operations team in Madrid. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and enhancing vendor partnerships that are crucial to the bank's infrastructure and operational services. In this internship, you will support the Vendor Management team by facilitating communication between external providers and internal teams on operational matters. Your responsibilities will include processing access requests for external users, assisting in the preparation and tracking of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and supporting compliance activities by reviewing documentation to ensure alignment with internal standards. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and operational projects, and provide support for basic financial tasks such as handling invoices, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
Ideal candidates should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Prior experience or academic exposure in vendor management, operations, or related areas is preferred. Exposure to the finance or fintech industry, as well as basic knowledge of Generative AI or Machine Learning, would be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, an organized and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and external vendors are essential. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
