Virtual Paralegal (Drafter)

The Virtual Paralegal (Drafter) will be an integral part of our legal operations team, focusing on drafting and reviewing legal documents for our estate planning law firm. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in detail-oriented tasks and are committed to producing error-free work. While prior legal experience is not mandatory, a strong aptitude for precision and consistency is essential.

Key responsibilities include accurately entering and reviewing client data into drafting software systems, drafting legal documents using provided templates and checklists, proofreading and editing documents to eliminate errors, and conducting document reviews for formatting, grammar, and internal consistency. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all documentation.

Compensation for this role is up to $1,500 per month, depending on experience. Additional benefits include an annual bonus of up to 150% of one month's salary, contingent on quarterly performance scores, 13th month pay, performance-based bonuses, a comprehensive HMO policy including dependents, and an annual continuing education budget to support professional development.
