ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re building the creative studio we always wanted to work at — fast-moving, design-led, and trusted by the best in tech. In just a short time, we’ve gone from zero to partnering with Amazon, top VCs, and some of the most ambitious startups out there.

Now we’re looking for a Visual Designer to help shape how tomorrow’s companies launch and scale their brands. You’ll join a small, focused team working across identities, websites, and marketing design — creating high-impact work that defines how startups show up in the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead the translation of creative briefs into innovative brand systems, websites, and marketing assets

- Develop and present multiple design concepts, balancing speed and iteration with high-level craft

- Drive decisions on layout, typography, and imagery to shape cohesive brand stories

- Partner closely with creative directors, strategists, and cross-functional teams to elevate design outcomes

- Build visual coherence across deliverables for clients and internal projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design (agency, startup, or studio preferred)...
