Vituity Administrative Fellowship
The Vituity Administrative Fellowship is a one-year program designed to immerse participants in the operational and strategic aspects of hospital medicine. As a fellow, you will collaborate closely with Vituity's senior and executive management teams, gaining firsthand experience in leadership and management within a physician-led organization. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to understand the intricacies of hospital medicine, from clinical operations to financial and regulatory considerations.
Throughout the program, fellows engage in a diverse array of management and leadership experiences. Responsibilities include developing and implementing hospital medicine programs, participating in leadership training sessions, and contributing to projects that influence the practice of hospital medicine. Fellows are also expected to collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and patient care quality.
Ideal candidates for this fellowship are graduates of accredited internal medicine residency programs, board-certified or board-eligible, with a strong interest in hospital medicine management. The program is full-time and remote, open to physicians licensed in multiple states, including Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin. Applicants should possess excellent leadership potential, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to advancing healthcare delivery.
