VP, Law Firm Professional Services
The Vice President (VP) of Law Firm Professional Services at Litify will lead the delivery of AI-powered implementations, ensuring that every new customer successfully goes live. This role involves overseeing both internal teams and certified System Integration (SI) partners, aiming to make AI-driven implementation a competitive advantage for Litify. The VP will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance departments.
Key responsibilities include redefining the implementation process to integrate AI, developing best practices for go-lives, and creating an accelerator library with pre-built templates and tools. The VP will also build and manage a world-class SI partner ecosystem, ensuring partners meet Litify's delivery standards and contribute to the company's growth. Additionally, the role involves leading an internal delivery team, managing the services profit and loss (P&L), and establishing an Agentic AI Center of Excellence to develop and deploy autonomous agents across the client base.
Candidates should have extensive experience in professional services leadership, particularly within the legal technology sector.
