VP, Product Management
Tenable, Inc., a leading cybersecurity company specializing in exposure management, is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead their Identity Security and AI Security product teams. This strategic role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and offers the opportunity to shape Tenable's broader exposure management strategy. The VP will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and engineering teams to drive product evolution and innovation.
In this role, the VP will take direct ownership of Tenable's Identity Security and AI Security product teams, defining clear boundaries between these domains as they intersect. They will develop and validate strategies addressing agentic and non-human identity risks, translating these into actionable roadmaps and executing them in partnership with engineering. Additionally, the VP will represent these strategies to senior leadership, including the CEOs, and coordinate with sales, field, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Candidates should have over 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A proven track record in developing and executing product strategies for B2B SaaS products is essential, including experience managing remote or distributed teams. Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry is a must, along with strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. Experience working with large enterprise customers and global sales and services teams is also required.
