Role Overview
We are seeking a VP / Director of Product – Merchant Integration to own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for how merchants and platform partners integrate with our embedded financing solutions. This role is responsible for deeply understanding merchant sales motions, checkout workflows, and operational processes, and translating those needs into scalable integration products that accelerate adoption and revenue.
You will define the integration vision, design MVPs, prioritize future enhancements, and partner cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class merchant onboarding and activation experiences across our point-of-sale financing platform.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant-Centric Product Strategy
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for merchant and platform integrations across embedded financing offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of merchant business models, sales cycles, checkout flows, and operational constraints.
- Define segmentation strategies (SMB vs enterprise, direct merchants vs platforms) and tailor integration approaches accordingly.
