The VP partners with Product leaders to strengthen portfolio management, planning processes, delivery practices, and organizational maturity. Supporting Product leadership planning cycles, business reviews, and strategic operational initiatives with analysis, recommendations, and decision support is expected. Identifying operational risks, execution challenges, and cross-functional dependencies, and recommending mitigation strategies and improvement opportunities are also key aspects of the role. Leading, coaching, and developing Product Operations leaders and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, is essential.
