VP, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineering
The Vice President of Revenue Operations & GTM Engineering at SecurityScorecard will lead the company's revenue operations, focusing on integrating AI-driven systems to enhance forecasting, analytics, and go-to-market strategies. This role is pivotal in transforming traditional revenue operations into a proactive, data-driven function that supports SecurityScorecard's growth as a multi-product cybersecurity solutions platform.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, which encompasses territory design, pipeline management, quota setting, and maintaining go-to-market process discipline. The VP will also be responsible for redesigning the MQL-to-SAL handoff logic to align with the company's evolution, building alerting systems to ensure data quality in Salesforce, and leading customer insights and the Deals Desk function. Additionally, the role involves architecting and deploying AI-native go-to-market workflows using tools like Claude and Salesforce Agentforce, as well as managing the revenue forecast methodology to ensure accuracy within 5-10% over multiple years.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building real-time revenue operations systems, including AI-powered forecasting and agentic workflows. They should have a proven track record in territory design, quota setting, and forecast accountability in a high-growth environment. Proficiency with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and Gainsight is essential, along with the ability to drive user adoption of AI tools and manage change effectively.
SecurityScorecard offers a competitive compensation package, with an estimated total compensation range of $325,000 to $350,000, including base salary and bonus. Additional benefits include stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and tuition reimbursements.
