VP, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineering
The Vice President of Revenue Operations & GTM Engineering at SecurityScorecard will lead the company's revenue operations, focusing on integrating AI-driven systems to enhance forecasting, analytics, and go-to-market strategies. This role is pivotal in transforming traditional revenue operations into a proactive, data-driven function that supports SecurityScorecard's growth as a multi-product solutions platform.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, which encompasses territory design, pipeline management, quota setting, and maintaining go-to-market process discipline. The VP will also be responsible for redesigning MQL-to-SAL handoff logic to align with the company's evolution, building alerting systems to ensure data quality in Salesforce, leading customer insights initiatives, and continuously optimizing territory assignments based on performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue operations leadership, with a proven track record in building real-time RevOps systems that incorporate AI-powered forecasting and agentic workflows. Proficiency in Salesforce and related tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of AI applications in go-to-market workflows. The ability to drive user adoption and manage change effectively is also critical for success in this role.
SecurityScorecard offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus bonus, stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and tuition reimbursements. The estimated total compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000, with actual compensation based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. Additional benefits may include annual performance-based incentive awards and equity options.
