VP, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineering
The Vice President of Revenue Operations & GTM Engineering at SecurityScorecard will lead the company's revenue operations, focusing on integrating AI-driven systems to enhance forecasting, workflow automation, and analytics. This role is pivotal in transforming traditional revenue operations into a proactive, data-driven function that supports SecurityScorecard's growth as a multi-product cybersecurity solutions platform.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, redesigning MQL-to-SAL handoff logic, and building alerting systems to maintain data quality in Salesforce. The VP will also architect and deploy AI-native go-to-market workflows, manage the Salesforce Agentforce implementation roadmap, and develop AI-powered lead scoring and routing mechanisms. Additionally, the role involves building and owning the revenue forecast methodology, automating executive reporting, and managing the architecture and data flows of the company's revenue technology ecosystem.
Candidates should have experience in revenue operations leadership, a proven track record in building real-time RevOps systems, and a strong understanding of AI and its application in go-to-market workflows. Proficiency with Salesforce and related tools, as well as the ability to drive user adoption and manage change effectively, are essential. Experience with territory design, quota setting, pipeline management, and familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Gainsight are also required.
SecurityScorecard offers a competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and tuition reimbursements. The estimated total compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus), with actual compensation based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. Employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
