The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 and blockchain sectors, focusing on native Web3 projects to drive business growth and expand product reach. The role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and monetization opportunities within the platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, is essential to align business development initiatives with the company's objectives. Additionally, the manager will lead negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships and licensing agreements, conduct market research to stay ahead of emerging trends, and represent the company at industry events to build strong relationships and enhance brand visibility.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in a business development or similar role within the Web3 industry, emphasizing partnerships and growth. An exceptional understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and decentralized protocols is required, with a proven ability to stay ahead of industry developments. Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, are essential, as is fluency in English.
