WeLab Bank - Manager, Account Operations

WeLab Bank is seeking a Manager for Account Operations to lead the New-to-Bank onboarding and account maintenance processes for retail clients. This role involves overseeing end-to-end operations, ensuring risk governance, and enhancing customer experience by collaborating closely with the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Product, Technology, and Customer Service teams. The position requires managing teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, driving automation and continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards in a dynamic fintech environment.
