Werkstudent Litigation
Hogan Lovells, a leading international law firm with over 35 offices worldwide, is seeking a Werkstudent (student assistant) to join their Litigation unit in Amsterdam. The Amsterdam office combines a high-quality global environment with the benefits of an informal atmosphere and short lines of communication. The Litigation unit represents a diverse range of clients, from startups to multinational corporations, across sectors such as technology, life sciences, financial services, and mobility.
As a Werkstudent, you will be an integral part of the Litigation team for a three-month period, working approximately three days per week. Your responsibilities will include analyzing various legal issues, drafting internal memos, blogs, and preliminary advice, and preparing presentations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in the firm's social activities, providing a comprehensive understanding of life at Hogan Lovells.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and ambitious student in the final phase of their law studies (WO level). You should have demonstrable affinity and/or work experience in litigation, take initiative, possess strong communication and social skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
