In this position, you will proactively identify suitable talents for various open positions by utilizing relevant platforms and networks. You will engage with potential candidates, inspire them to join our team, and coordinate subsequent interview steps. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to refine search strategies, analyze data, and explore innovative methods to attract potential employees. Your efforts will also support strengthening our employer brand and enhancing our visibility on social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is an enrolled student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field. Prior experience in HR or recruiting, such as through internships, is advantageous. Proficiency in social media and professional networks like LinkedIn and XING, along with a keen sense for emerging trends, is essential. A self-directed and organized work style will enable you to manage multiple search assignments effectively. Strong communication skills are crucial for engaging and inspiring potential talents.
