Wolt is seeking a Shift Manager for its Ashdod location to oversee daily store operations and lead the team towards achieving performance targets. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and quality of Wolt's services in the region.

The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the store's staff, including pickers, warehouse workers, and cashiers. Key duties involve task allocation, prioritizing daily activities, real-time inventory management, receiving and inspecting goods, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. Additionally, the role requires maintaining order and cleanliness within the store and promptly addressing any operational issues.

Candidates must have prior experience in shift management, preferably within retail, logistics, or the food industry. Strong leadership skills, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent interpersonal skills are also required. Applicants should be prepared for physical work and flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts as needed.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of 42 ILS, with potential bonuses up to 8 ILS per hour based on performance metrics. The role is full-time, requiring 5–6 shifts per week, with schedules that may include morning and evening hours to meet store demands.
