As a Picker at Wolt Market in Be'er Sheva, you will play a central role in ensuring that customer orders are prepared swiftly and accurately for courier pickup. Wolt, established in 2014, has expanded its services to deliver a wide range of products across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, continuing its mission to bring convenience and joy to neighborhoods worldwide.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and picking orders through our unique picking route via the application, collecting and packaging products, and handing them over to customers and couriers. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, as well as unloading and arranging merchandise as needed, are also key aspects of the role. This position offers a dynamic and youthful work environment.

We are looking for proactive and service-oriented individuals with a positive attitude suited for a fast-paced work environment. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, is essential. Proficiency in Hebrew is required.

The position offers a base salary of 38 ILS per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional 6 ILS per hour in bonuses. Employees can expect flexible shifts, working 4 to 5 shifts per week, each approximately 8 hours long.
