Wolt Market is seeking dedicated pickers for our Rehovot location to ensure swift and accurate preparation of customer orders. As a picker, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that all orders are ready for courier pickup promptly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and picking orders through our unique picking route via the application, collecting and packaging products, and handing them over to customers and couriers. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, as well as unpacking and arranging merchandise as needed, are also key aspects of the role.

We are looking for proactive and service-oriented individuals with a positive attitude suited for a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, is essential. Proficiency in Hebrew is required.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of 38 ILS, with potential bonuses of up to 6 ILS per hour. Shifts are flexible, with 4-5 shifts per week, each approximately 8 hours long.
