Wolt is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join the Wolt Benefits team in Tel Aviv, Israel. This role is pivotal in expanding Wolt Benefits' presence among large and complex organizations, leveraging Wolt's established delivery network and diverse range of restaurant and retail partners to offer exceptional services to business users.

The Enterprise Sales Manager will take full ownership of the enterprise sales acquisition process, from prospecting to closing new business. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging target enterprise and corporate customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and acting as a trusted problem-solver to shape tailored solutions. The role also involves analyzing sales and funnel data to optimize acquisition activities and collaborating closely with Account Managers and Marketing teams to ensure smooth client handovers and build acquisition pipelines through partnerships and targeted initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals. Strong abilities in leading sales conversations end-to-end, including discovery, storytelling, demos, negotiation, and closing, are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, experience with CRM tools, and fluency in Hebrew and English are required. A valid driver’s license and willingness to combine fieldwork with in-office work in Tel Aviv are also necessary.
