Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney (Statewide – California)

They are currently seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.

In this role, the attorney will represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims, conduct client interviews, gather necessary documentation, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings. Additionally, the attorney will collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, active membership in the California State Bar, and 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases. Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills are essential.

The compensation package includes a salary ranging from $80,000 to $160,000 per year, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, complimentary parking, and paid time off. The firm offers opportunities for career development and professional growth.
