Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney (Statewide – California)

The United Firm, also known as Windsor Troy Law, LLP, is seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.

In this role, you will represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims, conduct client interviews, gather necessary documentation, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings. Collaboration with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, active membership in the California State Bar, and 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases. Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills are required.
