Candidates should hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice law in the relevant state. Experience in workers’ compensation law is preferred, as is a strong background in litigation and negotiation. Essential skills include excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational abilities, effective case management, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
