Workers' Compensation Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a prominent personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Litigation Paralegal to join their Atlanta, Georgia office. Established in 1988, the firm has grown to over 6,000 employees, including more than 1,000 attorneys, with offices across all 50 states.

In this role, the paralegal will collaborate closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and maintaining communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Additional duties encompass conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, coordinating depositions, and assisting in trial preparation.

Candidates should possess an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with a preference for those who have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. A minimum of two years of litigation experience, particularly in personal injury or workers' compensation, is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
